Competitive Integrity

Cheating, falsified screenshots, account sharing, abusive behavior, and attempts to manipulate ELO or rewards may lead to match penalties, bans, or removal from the platform.

Purchases

Digital purchases, gifts, coins, premium, and battle pass upgrades are delivered to the selected account after payment provider confirmation. Availability may depend on account eligibility.

Reports and Appeals

Staff may review reports, evidence, match submissions, and audit history when resolving disputes or enforcing rules.
