Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers about what ASTRANOX does, how matchmaking works, what account features are private, and how platform rewards and purchases are handled.

What is ASTRANOX?

ASTRANOX is an independent competitive matchmaking platform for Standoff 2 players. It provides ranked queues, ELO tracking, leaderboards, match rooms, result submission, and moderation tools.

Do I need an account?

Yes. Matchmaking, reports, chat, wallet, rewards, shop, battle pass, and profile features require an account so the platform can protect player records and enforce rules.

Is ASTRANOX affiliated with FACEIT or Standoff 2?

No. ASTRANOX is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by FACEIT, Axlebolt, or the Standoff 2 publisher.

Does ASTRANOX allow betting or wagers?

No. ASTRANOX does not provide gambling, betting, cash wagering, casino-style games, or user-funded stakes. Players may not use the platform to arrange wagers.

How are matches verified?

Players submit scoreboard evidence after a match. Automated parsing, player reports, and staff review help verify results and resolve disputes.

What are AC and cosmetics?

AC is a platform-only virtual currency used for eligible digital items and platform features. Cosmetics, cards, badges, and similar items are digital benefits with no cash value.

Can rewards be guaranteed?

No. Seasonal rewards depend on posted eligibility rules, account standing, region availability, anti-cheat checks, and the final leaderboard or event result.

Where can I get support?
