Reward Rules.

These rules explain the public policy for seasonal rewards and promotions. Individual seasons or events may include additional posted requirements.

/ 01No Wagering

ASTRANOX does not offer betting, cash wagering, casino-style games, or user-funded stakes. Rewards are based on eligible platform competition and account standing, not on user wagers.

/ 02Eligibility

Reward eligibility may depend on region, age, account verification, rule acceptance, account standing, anti-cheat review, season dates, leaderboard position, and any event-specific rules posted before the event starts.

/ 03Fair Play Review

ASTRANOX may withhold, adjust, or remove rewards for cheating, falsified evidence, match fixing, abusive behavior, duplicate accounts, identity mismatch, payment abuse, or attempts to manipulate rankings.

/ 04Digital Rewards

AC, cosmetics, cards, badges, battle pass rewards, and similar digital benefits are platform-only items. They do not have cash value and are not redeemable for money unless a separate written promotion says so.

/ 05Transparency

When ASTRANOX runs a reward campaign, the platform should identify the relevant season or event, the reward type, eligibility requirements, and the review process before rewards are finalized.

/ 06Independent platform rewards

ASTRANOX rewards are platform-run rewards subject to ASTRANOX eligibility, review, and fair-play rules. They are not FACEIT, Axlebolt, or Standoff 2 publisher promotions unless explicitly stated by the respective owner.
